Listed Court Dates/Times: If you have interest in a specific court date because you are monitoring the case and/or plan to attend court, please check the Court’s website to ensure that the date and time is still accurate.

Defendants Reyes, Craver, Price and Williams pled no contest to a felony charge of Resisting a Peace Officer with Threats, Force or Violence (PC 69) and a misdemeanor charge of Battery (PC 242). One year summary probation with one of the requirements being that the defendants will complete a restorative justice process with the affected parties in the City of Davis. Defendants will not be sentenced to the felony at the outset. If after one year the defendants successfully complete all requirements of probation, the felony plea will be dismissed.
